The sweet attitude shown towards my elderly parents by the staff was truly heartwarming and made our stay extra special. the heating in the rooms was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our visit. the sitting area was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect spot for our family to relax and unwind. the free toiletries provided were of high quality and greatly appreciated. the kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. the electric kettle was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying a hot cup of tea. the flat-screen TV was a nice addition, providing entertainment for the whole family. the carpeted floors added a touch of luxury to the rooms.
